Even Indonesia was hit by bomb blast on July 17th 2009, few painters still held exhibition in Bali. Six painters held an exhibition entitled “Six Masters From Bali” in Sanur. The exhibition also marked the opening of MahaArt Gallery, Bali Beach Golf Course.

Denpasar – Dewa Nyoman Batuan, an artist from Pengosekan, Ubud, prepared dozens of his finest paintings which will be exhibited in an exhibition in Bali. “The paintings which will be shown are the best from I made’s collection of approximately 500 paintings since he became an artist over 50 years,” said Batuan.
