Denpasar – Lokal police arrested two people suspected of trafficking in shabu-shabu (crystal methamphetamine) in a raid here over the weekend. The two suspects were identified by their initials as Es and rw, spokesman for Denpasar city police Commissioner Ketut Suwetra said on Monday.
Es who hails from Magelang town in central Java province was arrested at his rented house on Jl Pulau Moyo and Rw who comes from Makassar, capital of South Sulawesi province, was arrested in his residence on Jl Tukad Buaji, he said.
During the raid, the police seized 0.7 gram of shabu-shabu from Es and 0.08 grams of shabu-shabu from Rw, he said. The two suspects are being detained at the city police for further questioning. If found guilty, they could be sentenced to up to five years in jail each.
